Received 3 identical emails from the club at 13:31 today.
Received 2 (identical) follow-up emails at 16:30 saying that some of the info in the 13:31 email was incorrect.
Why send 1 email, when 5 will do?
Come on guys, sort it out - just a cut and paste job from a BBC website isn't it?

I also received two sets of duplicates. Is it really that difficult for Forest to hire some competent employees at a time when there is a multitude of highly skilled talent sitting out there unemployed?

No doubt the newly integrated Club Shop and Ticket Office operation will open with some elementary yet critical flaw.

OK - an update re: Season Ticket Books - they have *no books* still at the Ticket Office. They are still at the printers apparently.

However they did say they expect them "at the start of next week" and that the OS would announce when books are available for collection (or when they will be posted out, if you have taken the "postal" option).

So in return for your hard-earned, you get a flimsy receipt, and that's it - better keep a hold of that, as you have to present it to get your Ticket-book! lol

I think you're either having a bad day, or you missed the point of the original post.

I imagine.. occasionally when jobs have come up at Forest I've always had a quick look but generally immediately not bothered due to the low pay.

Members of my family have also been in this position so an awful lot of decent prospective candidates in the wider world must have been put off for the same reason.

It appears incompetence at the club will be systemic for years to come!
