Looks like we're keeping the writing round the badge too, doesn't look much different though from what you muster from that.
What's in a name? said:The late deal to confirm Victor Chandler as the club's shirt sponsor saw shirt sales delayed until the first day of the season - an unprecedented stall that entirely excludes the lucrative summer holiday market.
Today it has been revealed that the shirt will be sold WITHOUT the Victor Chandler logo, and supporters wishing to have it added to the shirt will have to ask the club shop to do it.
The cheaper shirts sold in various outlets across the country will also be sold without the Victor Chandler logo. And the club will NOT stamp the VC logo on to them.
So the shirt sales were delayed by several months for the sake of a few optional transfers being delivered to the club shop.
They've already missed out on several thousand sales, and my guess is that they'll probably miss out on sponsorship renewal. How could any company be satisfied with the arrangement in place?
It's a shame Billy Davies didn't take over as Commercial Manager as well.

Antonios Gubba said:Yes.
They've just highlit the badge, you twonk.
What's in a name? said:Well I know that. Zoom in though, it actually looks like the badge is in a black circle ala the dubious shirts of the 90s.
