About 7500 in total, only 4500 of these are lower tier though. I cant see them being sent more tickets as i think we will probably sellout for this one. According to the OS we sold over 3000 in the first 24 hrs of general sale yesterday.

Putting the tickets on general sale has royally p**sed me off, I am not a season ticket holder because I can't make every game.

So I got membership so I could make sure I could buy tickets for games I could make, if they are going to 'bring forward general sale to give others a chance' what is the f**king point in paying for the membership?

If people want the chance of tickets fork out the f**king £20.

You do realise that tickets were on sale to NFFC Members as of Wednesday 30th September?

Just like any other match, members still had that priority period of one week to get them ahead of General Sale

It was brought forward 3 days.

From email I got :
It's an eagerly-awaited contest and with massive demand for tickets Forest officials have brought forward general ticket sales so fans have every chance to get their tickets early for this must-see game of the season.

My point is that if fans want the chance they should pay the membership like everyone else, I have membership and so do my 3 kids.

The release date for general sale was brought forward for a purpose, and that was to stop Newcastle getting more tickets. The Geordies sold out their allocation and requested more, however, Forest wanted our fans to get the tickets first before making a decision, so it's actually doing our club a favour. The Bridgford Lower generates enough noise as it is without giving their fans more tickets for the Clough lower too.

Spot on. For once the club should be applauded, They brought General Sales forward due to Newcastle wanting additional Tickets which would be T Block like the Wolves game. They have held off making that decision to see if it will be required for the home fans

Us members had the chance between Wednesday 30th and Wednesday 7th to buy tickets - that's the same one week period we get for every game.

Tickets seem to be going well, although I bet there will be a few Geordies in the Forest end.

By doing this would effectively close the doors to new supporters, or those who only attend once in every blue moon. As it costs £20 for membership, it would make the first match cost £50 and this may put people off who haven't been to the City Ground before.

Those who pay for membership get the privilege of having a week's priority ahead of general sale in which to purchase tickets. They also get some matches at reduced price.

All their fans are fat, hairy and don't wear shirts.

The men are worse than that.

Went to the first replay at Goodison. I hve never forgiven them for that or the FA for allowing them to stay in the competition.
Knowing what old farts they are perhaps some will be sitting on the forthcoming Tysongate hearing and should be reminded that they owe us a favour.
Also I remember being pretty scared up there when we won the league. Constantly pelted from above during the game {which we won} and a very scary walk back to the station as we were bombarded by half-bricks thrown by half-wits.
No geordie lover me. :nowink:

Yeh speaking of T block, it's funny how that can miraculously hold away fans again when there are tickets to be sold, yet the rest of the time it can't.

What nonsense, away fans should be seated there all the time and home fans should get a minimum of half the lower Bridgford.

They've got 2 coaches parked in the car park for the Newcastle fans. They'll be able to watch it on 'SKY TV's' in the coaches
