Newcastle Help!!!

Me and Eddie are heading up early morning so we can meet Robson and Jerome at the end of their walk.

Oscar's driving doon from Edinburgh.

Not sure about others!

Fair enough, no Mini bus journey on the books then haha.

Looks like i'll just get the supporters coach then.

Heading off up there on Saturday.
I suggest prematch beers in ........The Bridge Hotel, Castle Garth NE1 1RQ. Quite close to the Ground but does not get impossibly busy on match days. It is next to the High Level Bridge facing the keep of the New Castle. There are also views of the River Tyne and Gateshead quays and as the clock will have gone forward it will still be light.
Real Ale lovers should not miss a visit to the Crown Pasada 33,Side, NE1 3JE near the Quayside.
Anyone know what time Robson and Jerome aim to finish their stroll ?

They are aiming to reach the bridge at "about lunchtime" - which is helpful :D

Eddie and I are planning on hitting our carpark at about 11:00am to be on the safe side.

I'm still tempted to take Eddie up on his offer of a lift, I can't really afford it but it would be a cracking day/night out.

OK, will phone around then to confirm everyone's,whereabouts.

can't really put a time on it as our feet will be in rag order by Monday so not sure how quick we'll be walking (might be down to about a Liz pace  ).

Want to get to the bridge in time to catch all the office dwellers coming out on their lunch to try and maximise donations as we walk through the town on the way to St James

still pissed of this was moved to the monday as cant have mondays off work. think I might have to get a new job once where promoted as can see quite a few monday and late sunday kick offs coming our way

If you're going at my pace then you might be able to get there a few weeks after kick off :p
