Most of it will go towards paying Gordon Browns fiddles back - The rest I suspect will go towards a moat around his new house when he leaves No.10.

This is the problem with the transfer panel, it leads to miscommunication. What actually happened was that Billy recommended that ND should invest heavily on the left-wing.

This is really good news. I hope the Labour party use the cash well. personally I think they should use it as part of an advertising campaign to invite foreigners to England - they should put adverts on Al jazeera TV offering free council houses and a car to the first ten million new immigrants to sign up. Nigel should throw in a season ticket too - think of the size of the new stadium we could build - with that kind of support? we would walk the premiership title next year - think about it...If we put on Islamic cuisine and non alcoholic Lager instead of meat pies at half time, even with free admission we'd be raking it in:

Falaffel and peas @ an average mark up of two quid a portion = 20,000,000

fifty pence profit on a pint of fake beer = 5,000,000

...I calculate that at twenty five million profit (or should that be prophet) per game!

not just that we wouldn't have to worry about any more English defense league trouble in town before games with a ten million (and thirty thousand) strong "New Barmy Army" packed into A block!

and imagine the intimidation factor when the crowd start singing "The Prophet Mohammed (blessings be upon him)'s Red and white army,"

Being cynical (me?) - I'd agree with Shanks above and say he'll probably be content that this has eased some of the potential issues regarding the new stadium.
 
Wasting a million pounds,just makes me think David mcgoldrick! :eek:
