If we sell you would assume that it's going to be one of the big hitters buying him due to the price tag involved. On that basis he probably won't be a starter for them next season so if I were Forest I'd look to see if a deal involving a loan back for a season could be done.

Would agree with this.
Murillo would be a much less significant loss than MGW or CHO because of the impact they have at the other end.
This lad is good. But he is one component in a shaky defence which lets in set pieces constantly.
His place in the team would be much easier to replace than an attacker.
