Twitter translated it slightly differently as "niakhate is no longer a priority at nottingham" but I would guess strummer is more accurate.
That does however go against the general rumour that the player was keen but the club didn't like us.

This is just quoting the Sky report about Williams and Gibbs White, where it said “Forest may move to other targets” if a fee can’t be agreed, so no further insight in the report. Sounds more like Forest applying pressure than anything to be too concerned about.
Find it hard to believe they would have spent such time needed to agree personal terms, as was reported earlier in the week, just to walk away so quickly.
