Most annoying point(s) dropped this season?

1 point would have us out of the drop zone (for now). What do you think was the most annoying 0 points that was nearly 1 this season, or 1 that was nearly 3?

Of course, there's 3 games still to go, and we might not need to look back like this ... but what the hell, it'll pass the time while we're bricking it waiting for Coventry to come to Nottingham :)

I felt we could have quite easily turned over Burnley at home earlier in the season.

They weren't doing that well at the time, and scored from a free kick and a dubious penalty, without offering too much else. I'd say three points went begging there, nevermind one.

No wonder my post count..
I thought the QPR game in Feb - we could have really won that one.

That period in the season where we dropped consecutive points from 3 or 4 games due to penalties.

For the Blades, I'm sure if Birmingham get 2nd spot just ahead of us, the point lost there on the opening day of the season when they scored in injury time to win the game 1-0, will be the game where we look back. Conceding in the last minute at home to Palace and away to Norwich will be other annoying ones.

For Fucks sake!

I agree. I don't know how we lost that to ten men.

However, I'm more irritated by the 2 5-0 games with Burnley and Wolves.

It's screwed up our goal difference.

Coventry away without any shadow of a doubt they were awful,But crap defending from us cost us big time.

Charlton (H), Blackpool (H) - Two 0-0's against shite teams, created plenty of chances but missed them all.

Norwich (H) - they had 10 men for 70 odd mins, some pathetic defending gave them two goals and rubbish finishing again.

Coventry (A) - Again we gifted them two goals but fought back well, missed two sitters in injury time.

Not really. You were fighting for points just as much as us and for different reasons, some would say more important reasons. I never expect to turn up and beat a team especially at home as our away record is superb and much better than the home record.
Losing at Brum and away at Norwich in the last minute when we had played well enough for a draw is more frustrating than not beating 10 men who are fighting to stay in the league.

Definitely Norwich at home.

We really had the beating of them and screwed it up roayally.

Doncaster and Derby at home were humiliations, and games we really deserved points deductions for, so it's difficutlt o say we could have got points there.

We dropped 3 at home to Norwich no question.

2 at home to Blackpool.

2 at home to Charlton

Not sure how we lost at home to Burnley (well I am a penalty and free kick that didn't exist)

Was that list deliberately typed in size order?

Norwich at home. Playing 10 men for as long as that we should've won, even a point would have done.

Just imagine...

21. Barnsley 42 46

22. Norwich City 43 43

We'd basically be safe. Not that we actually deserved to win or anything, we were absolutely toilet.
