I'm a member. I paid the £20 at the ticket office and they told me at the time there was no membership card or pack or anything.
If you're Under 16 and you get the Junior Membership, you get a pack with some goodies like a rucksack and an autograph book, but adults get nowt like that.

It seems to be quite random when booking tickets on www.nffcretail.co.uk, though !
Last week it wouldn't let me buy tickets for more than one match at a time (so I payed for two lots of postage) and it also charged £1 booking fee on each ticket.
But I've just bought some tickets for tomorrow's match and I got the £2 off for members and also no booking fees at all this time !
