I have time for everyone in our time, but this bloke is seriously running on borrowed time now. I can'/t think of one useful touch or anything he did again today. Quite comical when we won a corner in the 2nd half and he was at the near post shouting to the crowd to make more noise. Shame he doesn't show the same determination and support that the fans give, he never broke sweat again out there. Surly the 3rd sub had to be Blackstock for this waster.

the most effort he made was giving a :w**ker: when we almost scored a second when he was on his arse facing the fans
he played the through ball that led to that tyson opportunity just after nathan had got on. didn't really see much of him in the first half because the stands were absolute shit at bristol city, but for me he played a lot lot better once adebola was taken off. he held the ball up well up front, and you'll see on the highlights tonight or monday that he was involved in almost all our moves that led to chances which is what a striker should be doing.
i like him. i think he's young (22), got a lot to learn, but has all the physical attributes and just needs to get his head straight and if we're still in this league next season he'll get 10+ and make an awful lot of chances as well.

Adebola doing a fine impression of a statue
Boyd who was 20 yards off the pace of our counter attacks
Cohen who was drifting inside and behind Goldie all the time
I'm no big fan of the lad, but if we had Ando, Majewski and Earnie playing today he'd have had opportunity to play a lot better.

Robbie's got a point though. Question is will we get the buggers to play off him next season or ship him out? I'd sooner have Taylor back up front for all the use McGoldrick is at the moment.

I can understand him play adebola as it was against his ex club and sometimes they do come back and haunt you but as for mcgoldrick not for me when you have blackstock on the bench. He must be resting players knowing its the playoffs now.

Cannot comment on today but McGoldrick has rarely impressed me, I don't see what benefit he brings to the team. His shooting is diabolical and weak, low work rate and too many times he is completely anonoymous. Complete waste of of £1m.
Davies seems to rate him though so cannot see him being shipped out in the summer, if any striker will leave it will be Garner.

No effort?? He closed down the ball very well today held it up and made some good passes. As he did when he came on against Newcastle.
Lost 7 away games in a row before this game, I think when we went on the unbeaten run McGoldrick and Adebola started most games. Not sure any of those two started the last 7? But people have their players they hate no matter what.

I remember when 22 year olds were capable of playing like the grown men they are. I'll buy the "bless him he's only young" thing until they're about 20. When I was 22 I had to be as competent and dedicated in my job as the 30 year olds who'd been at it a decade, or I'd have been shipped out.
I just wanted to add a stat in here: 16 starts 13 sub appearances - 3 goals. Cost one million
My personal opinion is that he is a waste of space who puts no-effort in and he has the balance of Bambi on ice. I expected a lot from him at the start of the season with 17/18 goals last season but he has disappointed me. At least when Dele comes on he is a nuisance and get flick ons and creates space for other attackers.

I'm hoping that we will not be in the Championship in a couple of years time. I won't be disappointed though as Billy is doing a fantastic job.
