McCleary and Anderson injury news...

From the OS:

Forest were unable to call upon Garath McCleary who could be facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after tendonitis in one of his knees flared up again, while it's feared Paul Anderson may have damaged a medial knee ligament after limping out of the action.

Surely, surely, this will force the club's hand with regards to possible transfers?

We are now possibly without two of our wide players, leaving only converted-striker Nathan Tyson and Chris Cohen as "wide" options.

What a terrible start to the season!

McClearys injuury was known about before the game, its just unfortunate that Anderson may also be out for a while

I have very little faith in anyone being brought in permanently before Tuesday.

MA will fob us off with the usual "we tried" tosh, and then tell us that we're delving into the loan market.

Anderson's got the same sort of injury McKenna had last season so it's likely he's going to be out for a couple of months at least :(

We could possibly change system to 4-3-3 as we simply don't have the wide men to play 4-4-2 at the moment.

Ando's looked good this season aswell :(

Well that leaves us with Cohen and Tyson as our only wingers despite neither of them actually being one.

Sometimes trying isn't good enough... the squad is too small! I've been calm about this, but now we have no natural wide players available!
If we can get some wide players in, we can start playing Cohen in central midfield, and then we never have to speak of Darren Pratley ever again!

I'm sure we will mend and make do like always.

We played on without a left back for the best part of 18 months after Bennett got injured.
