Every Europa for a start and if we can rotate the three, giving Neco or Aina a break we will get more from them. He could play a part in most games as the other two can both cover right back.

Oliveria - LB who can play CB.
Savona - RB who can play CB.
Morato - CB who can’t play CB or LB.
Plus: Abbott & Jair who can both play RB.
As Morato holds the most value, I think he’ll be sold to help finance the deal.

Might be worth trying Ndoye as the forward option in the league phase then, both with MGW and Jesus as the no 10 in various halves.
I doubt it unless another centre half comes in. Oliveira would be replacing Zinchenko in the squad. Whilst Morato has been gash of late I can’t see us going into the second half of the season with only two youngsters as centre back cover. Both Savona and Oliveira have played the vast majority of their careers as full backs not centre back. I think Morato probably gets moved on the summer.

For the EL we’d have 4 fullback options and 5 CB options in the EL (including Abbott).
In the EPL we’d have 4 and 6 (as you can add in Jair at CB).
Sure, it’s a risk, but it makes more sense financially.
The worst part of it all? McAtee retains his EL place.

I think if hutch comes in to the europa squad it would probably be for Bakwa, or possibly mcatee. Jair isn’t in the Euro squad so if you’re losing Boly and Morato you’d literally only have Abbott as centre half cover. Oliveira has only ever played a handful of games in his career at centre half compared to 200ish at left back / wing back, SAVONA similarly has only a handful of games at centre half if you discount youth team games. They’re full backs who could fill in at centre half in an emergency, not as first reserves.
I’d guess Hutch, new LB and new ST replace Boly, Kali and one of Bakwa or McAtee.

Full back has been our biggest squad weakness this season. One injury to Ola has left Neco and Savona to play every game because nobody else is capable of playing there to the standard we need. £20M doesn't even get you a McAtee these days so its not an excessive amount for a player who is first team ready. And opportunities to rotate Ola and Neco a bit would keep everyone fresh.

Looks alright to me this one. Fairly neat and tidy on the ball albeit very one footed (left), comfortable getting forward, crossing and arriving late into the box, decent in the air. Defensively he doesn’t hold back in the tackle goes flying straight in which I quite like, be interested to see how many fouls he gives away doing that though. I prefer a full back to get in people’s faces though than the ones that hang back.

Was talking to my mate yesterday and said the team is way too soft.
Of possible starters only Milenkovic, Savona, Dominguez and Jesus look like they’ve even had a fight.
Aina, Murillo, Sangare and Yates are the kind of lads who could piss on your brand new trainers and you’d still laugh.
Sels, Williams, Anderson, MGW and Ndoye just seem like passive people.
CHO seems to cool for any of it.
Not saying there is anything wrong with being decent people (players), but at least one absolute nutter would be a start.
More chance Matthias Sammer, and his knees are about as fubar as mine.
