What I'm trying to say is Mark Arthur is a bit like Mr Bean.
 
And he wears speedos that are 2 sizes too small so you can see his nutcrackers petruding left of centre
 
Wow....what can we read into this? Maybe it's a metaphor for him preparing to dive into the transfer market.
