Happened to be out for his birthday. Some of the other lads out as well. He wasn't particularly dramatic about it, just said he hopes things get sorted. i guess these things just take time.

Paul did have his Birthday Saturday night at Escusha.. It was early as it was a joint birthday celebration.

I'm surprised Paul said anything though as he keeps things to himself usually.

Martinez is a big Paul fan and my concern is that Wigan are clearly a more attractive option than Swansea. They are also a selling club and need new players for that position. My bet is that we wont here anything for a while as paul isnt stupid enough to assume Wigan may not be interested. I think they would.

On the subject of Martinez....Dave Whelan said on April 5th....

"I don't just think British managers are the equals of their foreign counterparts, they are better - and what Steve and David are doing for their clubs proves that...We've got the best managers in the world here - English, Welsh, Irish and Scots. I'd never entertain a foreign manager for Wigan, and I don't think it's right that England have a foreign manager either. We are the home of football, for God's sake. I can't believe that we need foreign managers. I wouldn't go anywhere near one because I don't accept you must go abroad for your boss"
