Mark Bunn - Goalkeeper

'Cause it's in the Transfer thread.

I did look as well and do a search!!

Please feel free to delete this thread and I apologise!

Could this be why the Camp deal is up in the air?

Bunn being first choice, but if not we can get in Camp.

Cross that one off your list BD

Then he'd have a cross bunn :)

We don't need a goalkeeper as much as many many other positions.

Is there still a limit on the number of loan players a team can have in a season? Leicester seem to have had about 20 so far this year...

I'm fairly sure that the only limit is the number that can be named in a team. It will be interesting to see what sort of team Fester have if they manage to get promoted

He's a division 3 goalkeeper.

He was in division 3 when we were there, he played the same amount of games as Smith, against the same teams, and Smith won the Golden Glove.

That's why he's been loaned out to a division 3 club.

Could it be possible to have a thread about a goalkeeper without the mentioning of Lee Camp?

But Lee Camp wrote the book on goalkeeping.

We'd have won both games last night if you'd read it.... :)

Put him under the tanning bed and he'll be a hot cross bunn.

Is that why Bunn was signed by a Premiership side and Smith wasn't? Don't say such naive and inaccurate things.

I presume you've forgotten that Smith has played a fair number of games in the Premiership?

I think Bunn's only Blackburn appearance came against Blyth Spartans.

Ooopps. It would appear that tom1990 has said a naive and inaccurate thing.

Don't you lot remember the Falklands?

Get a life button bashers.

If both 'keepers were signed by Premiership clubs and both let go, Bunn albeit on loan who may return to Blackburn and become first choice in the future, then surely that means BOTH are League One standard and not just Bunn, which is obviously not true as both are good 'keepers. Smith beating Bunn to the Golden Glove award doesn't mean he is better. You have to consider the defences which played infront of them for their respective clubs. Therefore, being a silly statement to make.

Was just about to answer this when I saw it had been answered for me.

Bunn is currently Blackburns Paddy Gamble.

Yes, our defence had Wes Morgan and Julian Bennett in it, along with Luke Chambers playing right back.

I think Smith deserves two Golden Gloves.
