They are under a business plan now if not from the French authorities but definitely from UEFA after breaking their PSR rules - so they have to operate a net profit for transfers, so they will have to sell.

Chelsea & Villa have the same restrictions now too, which hasn't really been reported anywhere!

Interestingly we play Monaco next Saturday at Chesterfield so we can have a good look at him, maybe Forest and Nuno could move quickly from that if they like what they see.
