I like the BBC over ITV, does this mean we get Alan Hansens punditing on our defence  :D

Do not get over excited.
The article says the BBC will show 10 yes Ten! live Championship matches per season so we will probably be featured in one. :(

but theres more chance overall of being on tele, sky will have more matches too and even if you ain't got Sky you'll always have the pub, i think there'll be a lot of "fallen giants" hype so hopefully ourselves will be classed in that and get a good few tele appearences

I'm very pleased about this. Whilst Sky will still show their games it means an extra game a month will be on the BBC.

Are they doing a highlights show every Sunday as well?

Sounds like it's a good season to stay up, with the increased TV revenue deal next season. :)

There's a difference of around £2.5m between League One and Championship tv money apparently, so definitely not to be sniffed at.

Thank God The Championship will be showing for the final time ever soon :)

I know the BBC will put on a better Football League programme than that disgrace...

Yeah, watching a 0-0 draw between Exeter and Macclesfield as the main game rarely has its perks.
