Didn't he also shoulder charge Murillo in the home game. When the ball had already been passed.

I think it was Aina. He had done it a few times previously in other games as well.

Not a very good trait in my opinion and will only hold himself back.

Yup. Left legs in too, and then threw himself to the ground when anyone coughed near him. He might be a good player, but he's my least favourite type of footballer.
He's got the most yellows in the entire division

Given away the 2nd most fouls in the division

He's the only attacking player in the top 10s on both, the rest are midfielders or defenders.

12 goals in a bad side in his first PL season is a great return. That said, Dennis had a similar season before we bought him. He’s definitely got the attributes to succeed though and would be a focal point. Don’t care if he’s an arsehole if he’s our arsehole, though. We could do with some more nastiness

It's very 'championship'. There used to be a load of strikers like that down there back in the day.

Ashley Barnes and Jordan Rhodes were the worst. Spent half the game looking at and running into centre backs, then falling over.

I like strikers that are actually up for the battle - Drogba, Stan and currently Mateta...

This made me all nostalgic!

Delap has chosen Chelsea over Forest, Newcastle, Man United and Everton.
Not too bothered about it. Is he really that good?

He scored 10 goals for a relegated team, he is the new messiah!

Also scored 10 goals for a relegated team: Emanuel Dennis.

We'll hopefully find better value elsewhere.

(Feel free to post this when Delap scores the winner in next year's World Cup final).

No

Ipswich have been given a free ride by everyone this season & he's another part of it, he has been elevated to the new messiah by the football media based on a good start to the season.

He's physical & mobile, that's about it. I'm glad he's not coming here. He's got more yellow cards than he's scored goals over his first team career.
