We're all getting a bit edgy expecting more signings, but one thing we can't forget is that we were very very unlucky with injuries last season. We never had a settled side, which makes such a diference when you dont have quality in depth.
We're not going to have to rely on Newbold or Sinclair type players this season. Surely it wont happen again and we all need an element of luck. If Burnley had suffered the same they wouldn't be where they are.
As well as consistency Cohen, McGugan, Mcleary, Anderson, McGoldrick, Tyson, Moussi etc etc are all going to be better players this year as they are still young.
We clearly need some better quality in Defence but I'd confidently say that if we started the season without all the rumoured players we'd still have a much better season. BD is also at the helm from the start with a fully fit squad.
