Lets make Saturday a great day for Billy with a massive long version of Billy Davies red n White army from all sides of the ground, as a show of appreciation for everything so far!!! I will try and get it started in the upper Bridgeford. ;D

In the Clough days it used to go on and on and on, and the opposition fans could not cope.

I seem to remember doing that at the West Ham FA Cup Semi final in 91. I think one of the stands was split in half and both sets of fans were singing the same song non stop!

Yes in the Holte End. The Hammers took that kind of signing to a new level though, they went on and on and on and on :nowink:

Even though it wasn't a very good turnout. That chant went on forever during the league cup match with Rotherham that went into extra time. Just after Brian passed, i had no voice for 2 days.

The last time I remember this happening was during the second half of the Millwall away game in our promotion season from League One - it was quite impressive at the time considering our poor away run at that point and being 2-0 down to a side in the relegation battle.

Longest ever bc red & white army was spurs leag cup semi final at spurs 92 2-1 to forest bomb scare, singing in the rain the chant just got louder & louder as the spurs fans tried in vain to drown it out, lasted good half hour, happy days !

Totally agree mate.....
I remember Spurs away League cup semi final 2nd League there was a bomb scare which delayed Kick off for around an hour. Once in the ground it was Brian Cloughs red and white army solid for about 45 mins. Spurs fans coudl not outsing us in their own manor brilliant day. Roy keane header in Extra time won it for us if i remember correctly

I remember the 'BC red and white army' chant during the 1-0 defeat of ManUre at Old Trafford...seemed to go on for ever and ever and ever...rang in my head for a week after.

That chant is infectious. When it gets going, have a look around, especially in the quieter sections of the ground. You'll see a large number of heads bobbing along to the beat, desperate to join in but too scared to.

If we can keep it going for a while after kick off, the Reading wont bother to sing, and it does make you shiver when all sides sing it!!

How about we give him a night to remember and book him a surprise escort girl in a Forest shirt for his hotel?

We play in red and white - red is the colour of some scummy team from the north-west

Singing Billy Davies' red & white army just reminds me that he was Derby manager at some point.. Billy Davies' Red army!
