Left Back Against Doncaster

With Cohen suspended for this game after picking up his 5th yellow, who will step into the left back position for this game?
Will Lynch make a rare start, or will Perchy be drafted in, or will someone else be coming in on loan this week?

What are your thoughts?

If Lynch is fit I would expect him to play. Otherwise maybe move Wilson to LB and bring Chambers in at CB?

Gunter can play left back too and either Chambers or Perch maybe on the right ?

Gunter left back and call Maloney back to play right back. My method of thinking stems from the fact this would seriously waz off the pies who are talking like the lad is as good as theres already !
On a serious note I know the loan is untill Jan but can he be recalled at the drop of a hat ???

Would be a big, big change for the lad though, from L2 to the lions den of the Championship.

I'd give Lynch a chance. We signed him to be competition for the left back spot so it'd be a complete slap in the face if he isn't selected when our other left backs are out injured/suspended.

If he plays well and impresses then that is good for us and its good for him. If he struggles then Billy can always push Wilson over or switch Gunter in order to get Perchio at right back

Wilson in at LB don't make me laugh he was useless last season when he had to play their its Lynch or why did we bother signing him.

I think now I've added punctuation I get what you're trying to say...

...to address your point, Wilson was also useless last season when he played in central defence...presumably his new found work ethic and composure mean we could possibly see an improvement if he had to play left-back as well...

I wouldn't bother calling Old Sparrow Legs back from Notts C(o)unty. If Lynch is fit, get him in there. He'll be fine.

I think Lynch is our best option for Saturday, I think he's been OK when he has played this season.

Definitely don't want to see Perch, Gunter or Wilson at left-back, all 3 are predominately right footed players, so having Lynch at left-back will certainly give the back four more balance.

I have a feeling Perch may start there though.

If Perch starts as a full-back, I'd be willing to bet it would be at right-back with Gunter sliding over to the left. Gunter has the stronger left-foot and more experience of playing at left-back...
