In fairness to people who have unknowingly started repeated threads, a common theme is that the original thread title is fairly cryptic or doesn't tell you anything about the topic contained within.
Like the ex-managers one had titles like "an interesting fact" or "is it just us?", while that one is "Was he that bad?", which to be honest could apply to any of our players from the last ten years. People can't be expected to read the whole forum.
