Not sure on any of the detail but things are all not well over the trent. Hughes is really peeved at what's happened to Notts since promotion and is not happy. He has been out with several mystery injuries, viruses etc! This may be controversial as clearly he's not everyone's cup of tea to say the least. However, he is still a quality striker at any level and given the right service he'll score for fun. I for one would welcome him as a footballer and believe he is just what we need! Don't know if and how much Notts would want to sell him? 500k? but he's worth a punt. Could we do a loan swap with Joe Garner?
 
I can say hand on heart that even if he was Ronaldo, I wouldn't want scum with that sort of background at Forest. It breaks me that anyone would
 
Football isn't reality and is fickle beyond belief! If he stuck three in against Derby then I wonder what the reaction would be?

Hughes is not only morally reprehensible, he's not exactly thriving in League One, not getting any younger either.

Both I'm pure football terms and moral ones it's a none-starter in my opinion.

I don't think so, even without his notorious past.
 
In the words of john mcenroe.......... YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!!! Lee hughes is past it and cant even do it in league one, what chance does he stand in the champs.
 
I saw Notts earlier this season and thought he looked past it. Certainly not good enough for a team near the top of the Championship.
 
Regardless of how and when he scored, if I saw him doing that stupid f***ing dance at the CG, he'd get a book thrown at him.

We dont need to piss the notts fans off anymore..... they are already pissed at the fact that we are a bigger club, in a higher division, get a bigger crowd, have a greater trophy cabinet. The list goes on. Let them have something guys.
 
Im sure he controlled that ball with his hand; still no thank you. We playin in the champs and hughes just aint got it anymore; think he should concentrate on his day job...... avoiding the law lol
