hearing whispers he is in talks about a loan move until end of season....

nothing concrete yet though.

If so it would indicate that McKenna is out for the season.

I suppose Carsley wouldn't be a bad replacement.

Is Lee Carsley still alive?

I hope hes not out for long as hes been fantastic. But carsley would be a fantastic direct replacement. Hes got those battling qualities and the experience to back it up (which is what the rest of the starting XI need)- a midfield general if you will

He's still recovering from injury , hasn't played since his injury against us in the cup. While he might be the most suitable replacement for mckenna , will he be fit enough ?

If he's fit, he'll be a decent addition to the side.

Obviously, he has the Derby links, but as a footballer it shouldn't matter.

Camp has the Derby links and that hasnt effected his performance, if anything it has improved it.

Who cares, just flog him and make him play his socks off until he conks out, then ship him back once we've done with him and lined up another victim.

carsley isnt very talented, but neither is mckenna to be honest.

all we need is someone to tackle foul hastle the ref and pass to the better players.

I think he could do a good job for us and didn't he try and rip savage's head off once? That puts him in my good books.

Is he really that hated ? I can understand why people dislike him but he always looks like a player who gives his all and knows how to be the anchor man in midfield which we will need.

Lee Carsley was brilliant for Birmingham in this league last year and would be the perfect replacement for Mckenna I reckon.

Carsley was utter f***ing shite at the CG for Birmingham last season. He's one of those players like Savage that is constantly fouling and dirty, but escapes red cards.

McKenna doesn't rant and rave at the refs most of the time, he has sensible discussions with them, being the captain, which the refs react well to.

I can't see any reason for us to go after Carsley when we have Perch.

Lets just hope if we do get him that he's given a good reception.
