League Cup Final 1978 Replay sub

I know this is going back a bit, but does anyone know who the unused Forest substitute was in the 1978 League Cup Final Replay at Old Trafford?

Wasn't it (theformerredscaptain) John McGovern, whom O'Hare had replaced in the first match?

Robbo scored the winner after O'Hare was brought down in the box...?)

Hmm.
According to Ken Smales' authoritative tome "The First 125 Years", the starting XI for the replay was:

Chris Woods, Viv Anderson, Frank Clark, John O'Hare, Larry Lloyd, Kenny Burns. Martin O'Neill, Ian Bowyer, Peter Withe, Tony Woodcock & John Robertson.

McGovern was injured for the reply, Kenny Burns was captain for the evening, but I can't find a complete team list anywhere.

Even Bridport Red's archive doesn't say who the unused sub was, so can't be sure who it was.
