Last January's transfer window.

If we'd got all of Billy's targets in last January, would we be as good a team NOW?

I always thought Lee Croft is a decent player , i remember last season when he turned Heath inside out on the left and in this season's match against derby , his coming on as sub nearly turned the tide as he was menacing down that left hand side. Nigel is ruining him as he is ruining everyone else at derby.

I watched Derby's opening game against Peterborough at Gay Pride Park, and if it weren't for Croft, Peterborough would have won. He was the only Derby player to leave the game with any real credit.

I have since watched him against QPR at Gay Pride Park and he was utter w**k.

I'm glad we didn't sign him.

To be fair though , most of the derby players have been utter w**k under Clough , not many bright spots. It's like the forest team under David platt , decent players but ruined by w**k manager.

And some people still think that the AP is a bad thing!

Slightly off topoic.

The AP is a great thing and an example for other clubs. Look at our squad, there are very, very few bad signings or players we wouldnt make a profit on. The manager still has a massive input obv - but the panel can veto etc. Seriously, it makes such sense its unbeliveable. It also ensures the club comes first, not the manager.
