E-mailed the club shop on Tuesday asking when this seasons kits will be released...

We will be having newly designed Home and Away kits this summer but there will be no 3rd kit. The Home Kit is due to be launched for the 1st of August and the Away Kit around the 11th of July, teasers for the new Away Kit are due to be released in the very near future but no information is yet available regarding sponsorship.

So, what colour IS the bl**dy away kit??
Is it "navy blue", or royal blue and black chequered??? :wacko:

I was wondering if it was more black than navy blue. If you look at the pic of McGoldrick on the OS when he signed, he's wearing a black top but you can only see the shoulders of it.

I'm thinking this also as I thought it may be the training top, but this is grey on the shoulders so it can't be!

I don't think that will be the kit, if they're planning on doing sneak previews of it then it qould be an almighty cock up to put that picture up. It's obviously some official club wear, probably something they have to wear on away trips or something similar, thought it might be a training top but doesn't look quite right to be one or be played in really. One thing I did wonder though is if the new sponsor might be on it as the picture is just above where that would be.

Interview on forest world shows the full top and it has no sponsor but it doesn't look like a football shirt/training top

The front of the neck is a little weird in the photo, almost looks like a zipper hanging off it but there's no visable zip.

I think as long as it isn't horrible this year I'll probably go for just the away kit. Our away kits always look a bit classy when they're in dark colours. The "Inter" Black and Blue stripes one especially, in fact I may wear that out and about tomorrow.

scratch that, ive just spoke to her and now shes confused so it may well be that forest are sponsoring them which is what shes on about.....women ::)

I still wear that top for playing footie in. In my opinion it's one of the best kits in a long while! I also liked Sunderland's navy and black away kit last season, hoping we get something like that.

We should get the blokes in who do Stade Français' rugby teams kits. They're brilliant, stick it into google image search. This is one from a season or two back.
