Ok - I thought a point was fair to both sides.

You looked impressive in the first half. You played with pace and attacked with the ball to feet. I really thought we'd go into the break one down. Tyson looked awesome and you were breaking things up in the midfield area all the time and just kept us penned in. We didn't get out of the blocks at all and you lot were well motivated.

Second half we came out and scored a fairly soft goal. Looping header from a player not known for his heading ability. We'll take all we get and from there we took control for a spell. I thought the penalty was fair, but badly taken and it was clear that it was always going to be a turning point. I thought that if we'd scored it we'd have taken the opportunity to maybe go on and get more (depending on how your players reacted).

It went the other way and you had plenty of opportunities up at our end because our left back was having a poor game. His sloppy defending allowed you to get the cross in for the equaliser. I was gutted btw. Quality celebration and I thought that your fans were in great voice.

Michael Mifsud has opportunities at your end that he wasted. You hit the bar, and should have hit the back of the net. Both sides had periods when we looked quite poor.

You've had us for three points at your place, and a point at our - which is what you'd want from any team (I wish it were the other way around and we'd gotten the four points - lol). I thought the rest of the results today were good for the both of us, and I've got my fingers crossed that Norwich are going to slide into trouble now.

Looking ahead, I feel confident that we can continue to average our point per game (even with Wolves and Sheffield United to play) and I reckon we'll end up around 51 or 52 points. I think 50 will be safety.

I think, with less games to play than us, you're going to have to string some results together - but you have the ability to do that and I hope you do. Tyson limped off at the end - is there any news of his injury?

BTW first half when you were playing the ball down the channels to feet, breaking quickly, you looked really dangerous. Second half when you started knocking it high and long you totally took Tyson out of the game - what is that all about?

Let's hope we both stay in the Championship and get a rematch next year...

You've got a b****y dirty bleeder on your team (Kozluk was it?) that kicked Cohen in the gonads?

If it was Kozzy, you can sign him if you want because he was shite today. Your manager said that he wanted a dirty bastard. ;D

I thought the ref was shakey today.

BTW - sorry about the cheerleaders. WTF was that all about? Especially the bit where one of them tried to sing.

That sounds like a fair summary of the game from what I heard over the radio commentary.

We both missed opportunities and both fluffed and flapped at times. It sounded like we dominated the first half, as you say, and deserved to be ahead come the half time whistle. The ref was dodgy but that's something we've come to expect.

We've been battling the hoof ball for months so it's good to hear that the ball was played and passed along the ground for a good part of the game. We're not the tallest of squads so the long ball will never really work for us. We tend to do it when under pressure.

The other results have possibly given us a stay of execution for the short term and I believe there are still some twists and turns to come before May.

The points are there to be won and we've never needed to win them more.

Good luck. To be fair, I don't think Barnsley will be relegated..............and neither will we. ;D
