After collecting my new home shirt today went down waterfront for a couple of drinks, Jules was down there and i spoke to him he said hes returning to training after international break and then about 2 months later ready for action. So we wont have to rely on young lynch or too long :)

Then it will be Bennet passing through the membrane, osmosis will transform his mind into believing he is a tricky winger.

 What's Lynch actually done wrong to deserve all this daily abuse he gets. Its bloody ridiculous.

No coincidence that Billy's arrival created a major upturn in his form, and the teams ? I would lik to see him given a shot on the left wing though (said slightly tongue in cheek) best crosser I've seen in ages at the club :nowink:

Been absolutely gash for 3/4 of last season probably has something to do with it.

You mean when he was playing with an injury?
The last few games of the season when he was fully fit he was outstanding.

WE wasn't great when CC was here and he was playing with an injury,He is getting use to a new position of left back because their isn't any at the club. But Lynchy played pretty well undr Davies last season so this daily abuse is stupid but someone has to be a scape goat in the eyes of Forest fans.

List of scapegoats that have done ok over the years but Fans still have a go:

Lennon
Perch
Ward
Smith
Woan
John Mc Govern (not in my lifetime but Clougie said he was a scapegoat)
Steve Chettle at time if i remember right

It wasn't really Billy that changed his form because he was still f***ing shit 'til about March time. It was mainly because he'd got rid of a niggling back injury that made his form better. I still don't think he's particularly good, he's just OK. He is better than Bennet though.

Also i do honestly think that Joel Lynch is a better football that Bennett,Julian hearts in the right place and his effort is second to none but i just think Lynch has the potencial to make a better full back and achieve more in the game.

Well then. He shook his injury. But was he ever really fit ? I'd half bet even though the injury may of 'officially gone' he still didn't half feel it. I'm certainly open to him proving how good he is this seaosn !

I've spotted him a few times in the meadow at lunchtimes, I'm sure it's him beause hes in the silver striped training gear. Looked reasonbly fit except for a bit of a twingy walk but that was a few weeks ago. Thought I saw him again today from a distance - he was heading into town. Couldn't be sure, I was in a rush as I'd just got a brand new blu ray player for 40 quid from Currys but I digress! :D

Add Gareth Taylor to that, Alan Rogers and Paul Evans.

Rogers was undoubtedly gash on his return. First time around he was a class act on the wing. Taylor got some abuse but I think the fanbase always agreed he never got a full chance !

Paddy Power are offering 33-1 on him scoring the first goal today. I've a hunch that there is not that much value in this :suicide:

He's doing some light training now. Might not be so far off but in fairness to JL he's showing a bit of promise since he's been under Billys wing. He's getting forward and putting telling balls in but he's also getting back. One of JB's probs was he waited around for a return ball rather than dropping back into position.
