Chelsea don't usually sell off their Academy players earlty, but they did with Panzo.
I think we can conclude that he was seen as a marginal figure by chelsea, never made it with any other club, and will never feature in the Prem for NFFC (he only played 1 game in the Championship).
Perhaps he is one of those who was big for his age early on, and that made him look better than he actually is.

He has had four loan spells and picked up 50 odd appearances in the last three seasons, including a championship playoff final. Missed a lot of this season as well due to a knee injury. Probably a bit more involved to that than going to the gym every day.

He only made 4 starts for Cardiff in 23/24 in the Championship when they finished 12th (unused sub 18 times) so that does suggest they didnt think him up to that level so I doubt we would have either had we not got promoted.

The other side of the coin is that in 22/23 he was a consistent starter for Coventry (who got to the playoff final) until he got injured and couldn't win his place back.

Can't honestly say I followed along closely enough to say what happened, whether it was the injury or different tactics/managers/whatever that made the difference.
