If we want to have a consistant, balanced and well oiled team then playing players in there correct postions will be an important factor in our success.
Harley is a great Championship left back and at times a good premiership left back. Bennett is unfit and untested to a point at this level and Joel has is not a left back.
With a natural balance of Gunter and perhaps Harley i feel the old Square Peg Syndrome may have to be used for Tyson and Garner on the wings!!!!

I think getting a natural left back would be a good move and would add stability to the side.
At the moment we have two converted centre halves, one of which is injured.

It seems strange that some forum members (it's only my third post and I'm kicking off) cant see that if we do/have a natural left and right back it Free's up the players (centre backs) playing in those postions!!!
The question really is, are Lynch and Chambers not the right players for Centre back either!!!!!

Got a great free kick on him... remember he was supposed to have great potential at Chelsea, and Fulham paid a lot of money for him, but he's not really done it since. A couple of years as a regular at burnley and watford now though so he could be worth a punt. Certainly good going forward, i'm not too sure about how he is defensively?

Personal terms agreed and got the seal of approval from ND. Problem being JH was told he could leave on a free and now because big spending Forest are interested Watford want £100k. Billy trying to get the fee down as he was expecting a free transfer.
