Always like him, great sub to bring on, a better player than the replacements we signed.
Good. I’ll keep saying it, he makes things happen when he’s on the pitch. He’s messy and chaotic but things happen. He’s an ideal 4th choice winger/utility forward to bring off the bench in the right games. Seems like the sort of character that raises others games too simply by his effort levels.Seems he still thinks he's got a chance with Forest under VP. I hope it works out for him. His contribution two seasons ago was much greater than anything we got from Bakwa or Ndoye last term.

Oh no, I remember. But I also remember him scoring goals and providing assists in the PL and being a proper handful for opponents. You might have a short memory? I know I have, but in this case I clearly remember, against opposition of any note, Jota spent half his time "in possesssion" in a wrestling match out on the right with the opposing left back, three folds and a submission.
If that is football that anybody wishes for, then all fine and dandy.
It'll be an 'Undisclosed fee'Asked to move to Olympiacos and move now close.
Trade off for the Carmo deal to get us over the PSR deadline! It'll be an 'Undisclosed fee'![]()
Permanent? It's a done deal and he's expected today or tomorrow.
Unfortunately sadly lacking in ability though.Permanent?
It's unfortunate that it didn't fully work out for him here because he has a good attitude and personality.
And conceding free kicks for silly fouls on the edge of our box...Oh no, I remember. But I also remember him scoring goals and providing assists in the PL and being a proper handful for opponents.
Are Oly fans pleased with this signing GBG?It's a done deal and he's expected today or tomorrow.
Unclear yet.Permanent?
Oly fans are pleased with nothing, by definition, and love grumbling about everything (including grumbling). The fact that the news broke out after a deal the press said was imminent for another forward addition fell through got into a lot of people's nerves. Although the two players are different, the Jota Silva news was perceived by many (including myself) as a failure and a downgrade: we failed to get our main target, so instead let's bring in someone from the rich cousin. Other fans who enjoy grumbling about grumblers protest that this is unfair, and insist that he'll prove a very useful player. Personally, I like his tenacity and skillset, but I'm not sure his all over the place style will be to the manager's liking. Are Oly fans pleased with this signing GBG?
He can press or at least annoy the opposition defence, so he'll like him.Personally, I like his tenacity and skillset, but I'm not sure his all over the place style will be to the manager's liking.
Out of interest, what is the fans attitude towards the relationship dynamic between Forest and Olympiakos?Unclear yet.

On loan, after he extends his contract with you for one year.Permanent?
As I've said before, there are those who hate the idea that EM owns more clubs, complain about Forest, and grumble that EM only cares about the Premier, and there are those who see the benefits of multi-club ownership (which are not obvious when one looks at individual transfers, but are, I think, tangible, when one factors in relationships with the agents' market and other key players in international football).Out of interest, what is the fans attitude towards the relationship dynamic between Forest and Olympiakos?
Is there animosity at all that we sometimes use Greece as a means of offloading unwanted players?
