A few of my mates support spurs and they can't stand him. I don't think he's progressed since he was at Newcastle but he's still a bloody good player.

He was linked with them quite some time back.

Don't think anything ever came of i though. Looks like the Mirror have just rehashed the story.

Billy will have to spend a chunk of that £20 million on getting the Premier League logo stitched onto his jumpers. If there's any money left after that he might buy a player or two.

That is ridiculous for three reasons:

1) It wouldn't cost that much to stitch the logo on a few jumpers, a few pence maybe.

2) He only has that one grey jumper, so halve the cost at least.

not been inpressed with JJ since he joined Spurs. was good here and helped us with that 5 mill... but we want some good new prospects not old ones... he's 29 now or something ?

Well theres a chance inter could be stripped of thier titles and relegated at the end of the season- so at that point, if that occurred (and if we go up) it wouldnt be that much of a choice.

You'd think some of the more stable prem clubs would be in for him though. Everton, stoke or fulham for example.
