Would be a decent signing in my opinion. He's better than Lynch and Davies knows him well.

Won't be a swap deal if we are signing him, though.

Would be a decent signing in my honest opinion, Billy has also worked with him before which helps.

He's a good player, and he's still young aint he?

He's 24, so he fits into our young, yet experienced bracket for the players we apparently want.

One thing, though, he's a scouser!

May be some truth to this if this is to be believed
It's certainly an area that needs competition and strength. I forgot Joel was only 19 but only recently has he looked a decent left back. I do fear for Jules too. These injuries can take their toll !

Jules' injury is so bad, that you have to have a contingency plan in case he never fully recovers.

Michael Owen has never really recovered from when he had the same injury.

Also, does that article make you think we want to sign Lynch and another left-back so he can be central defence cover?

Would this be the same player that I watched in the player off final two years ago, and told my Sheep mate that if he played in the prem, they'd be in big trouble?

Maybe, but their whole team was the same.

He's an established Championship player and I think you're being fairly biased because he's a Derby player.

If he's crap, he's crap, no matter who he plays for.

I'd take Miles Addison and Paul Green anytime.

He's not crap though, he's just no world beater.

And he's probably better than any left-back we have.

Not sure.

When I watched it I saw 14 of them you could say the same thing about.

Anybody is better than any left back we have.

But he was the one who particularly stood out to me.

Was that the play off final they won? He can't be that bad.

I watched Julian Bennett against Chelsea, he was awful. If we played him in the Premiership we would be in trouble but I wouldn't call him a bad member of the squad. We aren't in the Premiership.

Two years was a long time ago, a lot of our squad are a lot better than they were then. Cohen for example.

So you would be ecstatic if we signed Darren Moore and Paul Peschisolido then?

He is 24, those two are much older. I would happily take both of those at 24.

Crazy argument!

Clifford's response was exactly what I'd have said.

He was one of the better players in a team that got promoted out of the Championship into the Premiership, he isnt that bad at all. I would welcome his transfer to the City Ground.

It's Baggio

John Robertson
He's hardly been a regular in a very poor Derby County side, they loaned him out twice last year, with little success.
