he kept rooney and co pretty quiet in the first world cup so he cant be that bad of a player!!!
i rated him at wtford last yar a struggling team full of youth! especially at the Back and he did pretty well n my opinion! i agree a very good free signing at this level!

well he didnt do a bad job!! Because we failed to win.
Cant really remember rooney having a effort on goal against the septics!!
He would be a good signing for us and hopefully enquire about his services because we havent got alot of strength in depth for the centre of defence apart from chambers!!

His name was banded around a bit when he was first released some weeks ago. I think he'd be a decent shout for a two year contract. We certainly need another centre back for backup if nothing else and signing a proven player at this level whilst keeping funds available for the likes of Shorey and Pratley would be a good move.

There's not really a distinction between him and Forest's back 4. Doubt he's a credit to the force. He's excelled in 2:1 wins 2:2 draws, but he wasn't really 1st in the team.
