Oh, well. I'm sure we'll all be completely reasonable about this (assuming it isn't just a sporting-esque ploy to squeeze a little more out of us).
With time still left in the window with us and Marinakis a deal is never truly dead unless we want it to be.Oh, well. I'm sure we'll all be completely reasonable about this (assuming it isn't just a sporting-esque ploy to squeeze a little more out of us).

On to...5th choice now is it?
Yawn
It's around 22m euros higher than the bid they initially accepted.Pay his release clause?
It's really quite simple to understand. Forest have screwed this up big time.Unless I'm missing something that's pretty obvious, other than triggering his apparent release clause, what can be done if the selling club suddenly changes its mind after a deal has been agreed?
What Marinakis should've done is gone to "add manager", taken over Celta Vigo, then fined Rueda 2 weeks' wages for no reason, stuck him in the reserves and transfer listed him. Then he should have switched back to Forest, put in a bid for £0m, before finally switching back to Celta and accepting it.It's really quite simple to understand. Forest have screwed this up big time.
They should have signed him before the selling club even realised we were interested.
In fact, if Forest were anything like competent they would have bought him for £30m before even he realised we were interested in him.
It's not that hard to do.
I'll ask him. He runs a bar down the road from me. Surprisingly called Eaden's bar 2We’ll be seeing what Nicky Eaden is up to at this rate

Fair enough, I thought it was £20m.About £25m was the asking price
Just looked it up, €25-30m was touted so there or thereabouts. Roma seemed to jib out late in the day.Fair enough, I thought it was £20m.
