recieved an email today from someone who is fairly in the know, he said that he has heard that we have signed him for £1.2m. Im not saying with have or havnt im just passing on the information because this is what i was told. i am not trying to get anyones hopes up. im just saying what i have been told so please dont shot me if it is wrong.

We can't sign anybody for money, as there's no transfer window - although we may have agreed to do so in January, which doesn't really help us. If we were doing this - I'd find it tough to believe we weren't first going to get him on loan until the transfer window opens.

Roberts would only cost £500k because Blackburn are keen to offload his wages. Which we wouldn't be able to afford.
