I don't think that's the case with Elanga at all - I mentioned in this thread before JWP was even bought in that his delivery had been excellent. The change there was that he was on them as previously it had been Morgan on everything.

Decent player but doesn't suit us. Danilo and Sangare are back, would essentially make him him 7th choice central midfielder. If getting rid means we can bring in a loan player that's either up front or on the wing, then it makes perfect sense. Don't wish him any ill will - although he's bound to score that record breaking free kick against us later in the season now.

A model intelligent pro by all accounts with lots of experience and apparently a genuine nice guy. Wish him all the best. I also do wonder if having him in training and drawing on his skills and experience was another part of why we defend set pieces and perform dead ball routines so much better.

Probably used the excuse of "league experience" to sign him even though he's been past it for multiple years at this point. Now, that Florentino Luís they have looked good in the first half. I think we were heavily linked with bro before Sangare.
