On the official website, all kits seem to have gone up in price in the last week or so €90 to €110 (I live in Spain to in Euros) presume it's the same if you're in the UK? 
Are they dynamic pricing shirts now with supply and demand?! Putting the prices up for Christmas?!

For comparison, the replica for my local side is €105 with printed player name, Bundesliga badge and delivery included (granted that’s not international of course).

Just checked and it is £97 for that in the UK with the Premier League sleeve badge, £4 more for the Europa one.
Your issue is you've gone for Yates kit, the extra few inches of fabric cost a bit more.

It takes the piss. It was bad enough €80 per shirt but now they're all at €115 not including postage. It seems like they've employed dynamic pricing or some sh*t cos they started at €89, then €110 then €115. Is dynamic pricing now a thing on football shirts as well as concert tickets?! Well, I won't be buying at those prices.

The last time I was in Calgary which was about ten years ago now a Flame shirt was not far off that price.
The price of NFL jerseys is not dissimilar either, they are not cheap!
