Is this the year we get a proper shirt sponsor?
Is this the year we get a proper shirt sponsor?
Last year it was July 13th before the home kit was revealed. We've got weeks to go, haven't we?
And even longer before the inevitable BetBollox3000 sponsor is announced
It won't be as gambling companies can't be on the front of kits any more.
can be for one more season.
They actually look a lot better on than in the pics the club put out.Well I got a pair of the new sambas for fathers day (seen here on my chicken legs)
I am partial to a pair of Adidas trainers and, despite the comments of some, I think they look good on. Each to their own!
My missus got them from the shop and said folk were walking out with 4 pairs.![]()

Better than me - my Father's Day concluded with me wanking in a sock
BootsSponsor-wise, I'd hope that last season and the increased exposure that came with it, might mean we are a more attractive billboard for a decent sponsor. Ideally something unfussy, non-logo, just letters and unfussy about the colour used.
They are still allowed as sleeve sponsors, just not front of shirtI'm glad betting companies won't be seen on football shirts anymore (after next season).
It used to be the way that alcohol and technology were prominent. Local companies too. However betting companies have ruled the way with football shirts sponsors over the years, including Forest who've recently had Victor Chandler, 888sport, Betbright, Football Index, and now Kaiyun.
Maybe a move back to Panasonic might be in the pipeline? Marinakis does tend to embrace the history after all.
I've said for a year that I'm almost certain that betting sponsorship will be replaced by Crypto companies.I'm glad betting companies won't be seen on football shirts anymore (after next season).

Crypto scams should be banned as well.I've said for a year that I'm almost certain that betting sponsorship will be replaced by Crypto companies.
Ironically switching from one form of gambling to another.
