The Reds have not lost any of the 21 league games in which they have opened the scoring (W19, D2).
They have won all 15 league matches in which they were leading at half-time.
Got to admit, that's a brilliant testament to the lads, especially the defence, for being able to see out games once we get the lead. I can't imagine we'd have managed anything like that last season on the odd occassion we scored first.
Well done the boys, not only for putting together some really impressive performances which have been a joy to watch, but also having the mental strength to close out wins - a vital part of any successful team.
