I think negotiations for Lynch have been ongoing for a while now. I remember reading somewhere a month ago saying that Thorhill will be going the other way on loan for a season. Stumbling plock was the price as Brighton wanted 500K, glad we got it sorted out and got him at the right price.

The first figure that Brighton actually threw at us was 700k but they've now seen sense and are back to normality especially after throwing in Thornhill for 6 months.

What I'm told is, Forest will pay 100% of Thornhills wages though which balances the fee a little better in their favour.
