In the day and age of 'player-power', being nice is probably a good trait for a manager. Think Eddie Howe.

Spot on.

No more going down the bringing back legends route after MON, promote from within.

Early days but Cohen looks a sound bet to be a tremendous future Manager. Great reader, and now student, of the game.

Too nice to be a manager?

Reminds me of SOD in terms of personality.

Chris strikes me as someone who'll learn his trade by coaching, & then managing in the lower leagues if that's the way he wants to go.

Can't see him trying to rob a living by taking straight over at a bigger club despite been green as grass to management like a McClaren would.

Jürgen Klinsmann is outside, knocking politely on the door and then patiently waiting for you to let him in.

Officially last season was his first full season but really was doing it from the Jan the previous season.

Wonder if Dawson could even become player/assistant.

Would definitely like to consider both. Maybe a bit early-daws for Daws, but it seems to make sense.

I wonder if SOD may consider returning :dunno:

I’d trust him to deliver something far more than I would O’Neill

Young, vibrant and not long left the game himself

Cohen will still be young, vibrant and not long left the game himself in anpther year or two. Why not just wait to see what pans out first before trying it out? :dunno:
