Hull on Sky

Due to Hull's fairly close proximity to Leeds, I'll still go but I expect it will be a solo trip as my usual travelling companions will probably give it a miss due to TV.

Suits me as I'm a slacker and never get to away games.

It's Baggio

Don't mind 5.20 games, it's not that much of an inconvenience.

Wasn't going to bother with Hull away so I'm fine with this. Day after my birthday too so we're bound to win. Maybe.

If I'm back from my holidays for this one it suits me fine as I used to work with a couple of dirty Tigers fans so have been planning on meeting up with them for a few beers before the game. Just gives us more drinking time :)

hmmm makes the trip a little bit more inconvenient (nice one sky) but just about good enough for me to be able to go, should be a good game and a good atmosphere, same can't be said about the area, having been to the old ground (shithole)

quiet possibly the worst ground/people/city ever. The only good thing about it was going over the pwetty bridge :)

still here...
Humber Bridge? The happiness of escaping Hull soon becomes fear as you realise you're heading towards Scnuthorpe/Grimsby!

i've been to the new ground in the away end, i went to see hull vs blackburn with a rovers fan a year or so ago. nice little ground, really good views and you feel really close to the pitch. it's made for the rugby team tho. all the seats are black and white.

Aparently we haven't played these competitively since the late 70s (can someone correct me on that?) as we have kept avoiding each other by getting promoted/relegated, so i assume this'll be a new ground for a fair few. I'd still expect a reasonable turn out, dunno whether I'll bother myself though.

sounds about right. they got promoted from league one when we got relegated to it, and they got promoted to the prem when we got promoted to the championship. before that they'd resided in div 2 and 3, and we'd been in prem and div 1 since as long as i can remember
