How many points?

Trying to be positive and looking at the scenario of successfully finishing in the playoffs what sort of points do folk think we'd need by boxing day to strengthen in Jan and have a rip roaring run of results?

I suppose I'm enquiring what's the minimum points people think we can have in Jan to still make playoffs?

Cheers for that! I'd estimated about 34. I worry though that if we are relying on Earnshaw's tenacity (especially if injured) we may struggle and end up with a tiresome frustrating back season.

You never know. I have a feeling in my water, this could be a very big January for us. Stranger things have happpened. Englands allegefly best goalkeeper in a world cup 2 months ago is now shaming himself down in Brizzle.

Not sure if I can draw any comfort from this - but all 5 teams that we have played so far are in top 8.

I'm not so worried now. We played well against a tough Burnley side away. We showed our potential for 25 minutes against Leeds. Reading was a fair draw. Norwich came for a draw and outdid us tactically and we pissed on millwall today. A few loans as back up and we're on our way. YOUUUUU REDDDSSSS

Strengthen in January?

I reckon we will! (well hope) hence why I want to see where we need to be to mount a challenge. Having said this I'm quite happy as long as we keep playing the game as attractive as possible.
