That's a good read, some insight into how things are run at Blackburn, and how they've managed to stay in the top flight, despite being a small club (bet we get better gates) with not much money.

Is this the sort of thing Doughty must have in mind? The sale of Harewood, Dawson and Reid springs straight to mind, but we failed to "do a Blackburn" and replace them with quality. Interesting that they've noted at Blackburn that failure to do this could sink the club! They could have used us for a case study!

Anyway, should Doughty get us to the Prem, this is what he'd be up against, and it might well have gotten worse by the time we manage it.
