How desperate are they getting...

Well if anyone is planning on boycotting, I'll gladly take their seat for them...

Anyone that has bought a ticket should go as there won't be that many boycotting to make a huge statement.

However if they have 2/3k not buying tickets, they might make them realise they are losing the fans

i'm showing about as much ambition as the club are showing me by not going. glad I didnt get a season ticket this season now, I was that close to getting one but decided to wait and see who comes in.

How is Forest vs Millwall one of the 'crunch games of the season'?

both relegation contenders maybe :D

Will Billy brand the boycotters as "imbeciles and morons" in a Kinnearesque attempt to get himself the sack?

I swear to god if I hear the word ambition one more time this season, I'm going to top myself. Also, why on earth would you say "I hope we get less that 13,000" ? that is by far the dumbest thing I've ever read on this forum, and you sound like a Derby supporter. Stop complaining.

I reckon its probably in response to the noticeable drop in gate size vs norwich, and with the current wave of negativity/apathy they see it as a good way to try and stop the slide.

I thought it looked quite full against Norwich. Didn't see what the attendence was though

was it not around 21,000ish?

Boycott aside, isn't Kids for a Quid at a Millwall game a bit stupid? I'm sure it'd be perfectly safe to take whippersnappers along to the game, but those games hardly have the kind of atmopshere you want to expose budding football fans to. Add a thousands chavs going on the cheap and you've got a right snarly affair.

Isn't "crunch" the sound made by a nose when it's being broken by a fist?

Perhaps that's what they mean by crunch game?

I love how people say 'Billy needs to start earning his money', like he has done **** all up to now.

People want more but seem to forget the board isn't supplying him with the tools.

Judging on M*llwalls record at the city ground, staying away, although pathetic, might be the saner option.

Highly amusing in some respects, ok so we haven't signed anyone permanent which is a bummer, loans are a possibility but if as supporters we decide to boycott games, boo the players and hold a demonstration then who the f**k would want to sign for us in January.

Get our arses to the games, support the players because after all it isn't their fault we haven't signed anyone.

U REDS

He has the tools, as a manager the excuses this man gives is unacceptable and unprofessional

Well said Noshie - we've got to think of better ways of making the point than upsetting the team and making sure no-one wants to come to the City Ground. Cutting off your nose to spite your face is hardly going to help. We need to get a great atmosphere that makes opponents think 'I wish I played for this team' not 'This club's in turmoil'.

Excuses? for what, we far exceeded our expectations last season and we needed to bolster the squad to give us the strength and depth to be a side more than capable of winning the league, the man is good, but he isn't paul ****ing daniels.
