I know this has been done to death but I'm still seething from the fat tw*t's actions the other night.

How are other people dealing with their anguish?

Any suggestions?

Get a life!
Sure, Commo went over to the enemy, but practice a bit of non-attachment here.

LET GO!

LET GO!

LET GO!

Take three deep breaths, feel your inner body.......and release.

What is certain in life: You will die one day.
What is uncertain: You have no idea of the time or manner of your death.

Find he's nearest Greggs and buy all the pasties and give them out to us in the cold at the ground this afternoon!

Or find his nearest MCDs and ring the environmental health and say you saw a rat so they close it down.

There is an old chinese proverb that says "He who stands by the riverbank the longest, will watch the body of his enemy float by"

who?

I wouldn't spend any more time moping about this player, He was the most inconsistant player for us, so why should we care about him anymore, he went to our rivals, oh well!

True : the most inconsistent, but he was one of the only ones who could change a game for us. His crosses and shots are deadly, not to mention his weaving runs.

We have certainly lost a big threat in him and I still don't feel we've properly replaced him yet.

Either way, he IS a Sheep Shagger and we should just let him be. ****.

I suppose looking back our history is littered by instances of star players leaving and not being replaced

Neil Webb
Roy Keane
Teddy Sheringham
Stan Collymore

Good advice above

I feel in a state of optimistic contemplation

Just look at the whole thing rationally. He's a professional footballer who used to earn his living playing for us but then chose to earn his living playing for our rivals.
If you find this annoying then fair play, most Forest fans do.
If it genuinely fills you with anger and real hatred then maybe you should seek professional help.
Get over it.

How many players have you seen recently who score against there old clubs and not celebrate. His celebration the other night was over the top, and his blowing kisses to the sheep fans, was done to rub our faces in it, so reaction is understandable.

But there is another old saying 'What goes around, comes around'.

One day we will have our revenge.

the thing that anoyed me more than his celerbration was when one of his former team mates (tyson) was down ijured in derbys box after trying to get to a cross in the 6 yard box forest defenders where despratly trying too hoof the ball out of play yet that fat twat was trying to chase the ball down, in the end it was the ref that had stopped the game.

that for me shows the type of man he is and the mouse will destroy him and savage

Im not sure what he did wrong!!

We give him stick for 75mins, he scores an FA cup winner and goes mental. I would!

Give him a break. Banter is ok, but its only football.

He committed the worse possible football crime by being fantastic against his old club. I agree with your post 100%. Give the fella a break, its only football.

By getting on with life, putting things into perspective and thinking about the things/people that affect you and are important to you

Just forget about it, its done and dusted.

I was more bothered about losing the game than him scoring, he just doesn't bother me anymore.

I looked away when he scored so I dont even know what he did afterwards.
