Ah, they've literally just fixed it! New scheme is interesting, hopefully I can get a few tickets on ballot and start to build up my points beyond what I have from 21/22 and Europa last season...

If you were in the 400 club, you’ll be given top priority under a different name, if you were in Priority One, you’ll get the same sort of thing. Just had email from Forest saying we have been upgraded to Pro
 
I got offered to upgrade to Plus but my daughter didn't which is kinda expected as I've a lot more history. What I found interesting on the email was:

Supporters should note that upgrading to MyForest Plus for the 2026/27 season would not have significantly improved their potential eligibility for a Season Card in the future, given the number of longer-standing Pro members who would receive priority.

Can I ask once again, why the f*ck are we charging fans a tenner to join a SC waiting list they have 0% chance of being successful on?

It is all based on having an increase in capacity of 10-20k when the stand(s) are built. Not on getting a SC if a current person gives theirs up.

This is a good point. It's all down to how may people are ahead of you. On the face of it, something like 60 points might not sound like enough, but there might not be as many people ahead of you as you think.

I’ve got 30 mate so I guess we’ll be in the ‘30% ballot’ if I read things correctly.

The number of away members will undoubtedly increase and I’ve renewed mine although I won’t be doing in 12 months time if it’s impossible to get tickets.
 
What do we think, then?

Club say it recognises and gets rid of the closed shop.

Although , if I understand correctly , you still have to be a ST holder to becomes eligible for away membership

Young people can gain extra points to help them get up the points ladder

And they're talking about European Away style random checks for certain games to stop ticket transfers

That seems the case. Any ST holder can now buy an away membership to enter ballots and accrue points
 
I've received my 'Core to Plus' upgrade offer today... but does anyone know if I'll also need to upgrade memberships for my 2 teenage kids who already have Core memberships? Prob a question for the ticket office in the morning.
