Well 79.99 GBP has been siphoned from my account as well by Forest today, so that means another season of Colin Fray for me, and I'll take that.
I have been charged for our 2 memberships on the same card. I did call them yesterday as it said renewal on hold they told me both accounts were set up to auto renew but neither has a payment card attached. What was odd is both when I logged in had a payment card saved.
I then had to give them my card details and as the accounts were linked they said they would take the money off the same card for both Pro Memberships. I asked if I would get an email once renewals were done and the guy I spoke to want silent so I said should I just check my bank on Wednesday after 4pm he then said yes good idea. Standard Forest.
Laurel and Hardy like this post, because they are about as shambolic as Forest are.

Not important but I spoke to ticket office last week and they confirmed that my daughter also had the same card as my account on file. Both renewals went through today, about an hour apart.

And be lucky you get the discount rate, with the added "Ice Cube Collection" pictures.
I tell you, with some experience, you can reduce people to absolute putty with a bowl of ice cubes.

My money has been taken and my membership says it's until 31st May 2027 now when I log on.
Wonder what amazing gift I can look forward to this year. Coffee cup last year was decent I thought. I do use it every day.

I can’t recall the season ticket waiting list being only for x period of time but…this is what it says when I look in my account:

They probably assumed the new PT would be up by then and anyone who wanted a SC could get one. I know that there are more on the waiting list but I expect many of those wouldn't actually follow through with the cost now.
